Caring for a loved one's resting place when you can't be there
Gentle, reliable grave care across Coventry and the towns around it: the headstone cleaned, the plot tidied and fresh flowers placed, with before and after photographs after every visit so you always know it has been done.
One person, who knows the grave and knows you
Forever Tended is a small local business. When you contact me you are speaking directly with the person who will carry out the work: no call centres, no contractors, just me, Angela, and a genuine commitment to caring for your loved one's resting place.
I never rush. I arrive, take a moment and treat every grave with the respect I would want for my own family. Then I photograph it before I leave, so you know exactly how everything looks.
Every visit includes
- Wash of the headstone, removing surface dirt and bird droppings
- Windblown debris and rubbish removed
- Wilted flowers removed, pots emptied and cleaned
- Grass clipped around the grave, stone and memorial area
- Fresh flowers included at every visit
- Before and after photographs emailed to a person of your choosing
Every visit, every grave
Three ways to keep a grave cared for
Choose a regular plan, a one-off clean or flowers for the days that matter. Every service comes with photographs.
Regular grave tending
Monthly, every two months, quarterly or once a year. The headstone washed, the plot cleared, the grass clipped and fresh flowers placed, every time.

A careful hand clean that lifts years of grime and lichen without harming the stone or the lettering. Heavy growth sometimes takes more than one application. For a single visit or as part of a plan.

I photograph every grave when I arrive and again when I leave, and the photographs come to you the same day. These are some of the graves I look after, shared with the families' permission.
What families say
“Forever Tended gave me real peace of mind. They recently tended to my grandparents' grave on my behalf, as I don't get there as often as I'd like. It means a lot knowing their resting place has fresh flowers regularly and the headstone is cleaned. The before/after photos are always reassuring. I'll definitely be using Forever Tended on a regular basis and will be spreading the word. A truly thoughtful and reliable service.”A customer, July 2026Facebook
“Fantastic job, considering how long it's been left. Highly recommend this service. Brilliant service, brilliant job.”Graham BrownFacebook
“Beautiful business that do a beautiful job for your loved ones.”Lynne O'ConnorFacebook review
Coventry and about twenty miles around
Coventry — Where I am based, and where most of the graves I tend are: Canley Garden Cemetery and Crematorium, London Road, Lentons Lane, St Paul's, Walsgrave and Windmill Road, and the churchyards across the city. Allesley, Tile Hill and Finham are all regular visits.
Kenilworth and Balsall Common — South and west of the city: Kenilworth's Oaks Road cemetery, the churchyards of Balsall Common, Berkswell and Meriden, and on to Leamington Spa and Warwick by arrangement.
Bedworth and Nuneaton — North of the city: Bedworth Cemetery, Nuneaton's cemeteries and the churchyards of the villages between.
Further afield — Anywhere within about twenty miles of Coventry. If I can reach it, I will look after it. Families abroad are very welcome: the photographs come to you wherever you are.
